Refund policy

At ZERYNBEAUTY, customer satisfaction is important to us.

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for eligible items.

To be eligible for a return:
- Products must be unused and in original packaging
- Proof of purchase is required
- Final sale items are non-refundable

Due to hygiene reasons, opened beauty products may not be eligible for return.

Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after inspection.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours at help@zerynbeauty.info.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the issue is caused by our error.
